Recovery Mode (Portable Physical Therapy P.C.)

Deposit & Card on File
A deposit and valid card on file may be required to reserve services. Your card information is securely stored and charged only according to this policy. Requests to remove a card on file must be submitted in writing to support@recoverymodenyc.com.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy — Clinical Services

(Sports Massage, Acupuncture, and other hands-on treatments)

More than 24 hours’ notice:
Deposits may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:
The deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows:
Failure to arrive without notice may result in the full service fee being charged to the card on file.

Recovery Boosters Policy

(Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Normatec Compression, Oxygen Boost, Day Passes, and similar recovery services)

All recovery services are classified as Recovery Boosters.

Rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice:
You will forfeit your payment and lose the session credit.

No-Shows:
Recovery Booster sessions are non-refundable and the credit will be deducted.

Refunds or replacement credits for Recovery Boosters may be issued only at the sole discretion of Recovery Mode, based on individual circumstances.

Memberships & Packages

All memberships and packages are non-refundable. Individual sessions booked under memberships or packages remain subject to this Cancellation Policy.

Walk-Ins

Walk-in clients are subject to the same policies and must agree to all terms prior to receiving services.

Waitlist

If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist.

Agreement & Authorization

By booking with Recovery Mode, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Booking Policy. You authorize Recovery Mode to charge your card on file for late cancellations, forfeited deposits, or no-shows in accordance with the terms outlined above.
