This website is operated by Portable Physical Therapy P.C., doing business as Recovery Mode (“Recovery Mode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, booking services, or purchasing memberships, packages, or sessions, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Cancellation Policy, Patient Agreement & Waiver, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to consent to services. Minors may receive services only with a legal guardian’s consent and signed authorization.

Services
Recovery Mode provides manual therapy, sports massage, infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression therapy, oxygen boost, breathwork coaching, mobility classes, and related wellness services. Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute medical diagnosis or emergency care.

Booking & Payment Terms
Appointments may be booked online or in person. A valid card on file may be required to reserve services. Pricing, memberships, and packages are subject to change without notice.

Memberships and packages are non-refundable. Individual service refunds follow the Cancellation Policy.

Walk-Ins
Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and acceptance of all policies at time of service.

Limitation of Liability
Services and website content are provided “as is.” Recovery Mode makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, Recovery Mode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, programs, videos, and materials are owned by Portable Physical Therapy P.C. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Media & Filming
Photography or video recording may occur inside Recovery Mode only with participant consent. Once consent is granted, Recovery Mode retains the rights to use approved media for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

Prohibited Use
Users may not misuse the booking system, upload malicious software, scrape data, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
